Web2feel.com has been a source of free wordpress theme for the wordpress community for the last one year. The site was functioning as a regular blog where the submitters used to post their themes as blog posts. With the limited options available we could not move to an automated solution for the theme submission and more organized display of the themes till now. Now we have a solution to make wordpress theme site using wordpress engine.
Now we are switching over to this new wordpress solution. In this updated version of web2feel.com the previous submissions will not be displayed on the gallery. But they are still accessible here.
FAQs
1. How to submit themes?
If you are a registered member of the site, you will be able to access the submit form via the top navigation menu button “submit theme”. Please fill in all the details required on the form, and hit post. Your theme will be listed instantly.
2. Can I upload the zip files here?
No, You will not be able upload zip files of the themes to this site. Instead please make sure you enter the valid url of the location where the zip file is uploaded already.
3. Why screenshot size of 380 x 200 ?
The gallery is designed to hold thumbnails of that specified size. If you link to images much bigger or smaller thumbnails, still it will be displayed but will be distorted out of proportion.
4. Should I write Tags?
Yes, Please make sure you tag all your submissions with relevant terms. This will help the users to sort out your theme even when they have gone deeper from the front page.
5. Can I update my themes?
You will not be able to do it on your own. But in case you want to update, please contact me with your updated informations.
6. I found a ripoff theme listed here, what should I do?
There is no compromise for rippers. If you are sure you found a ripoff, contact me using the contact form. The theme will be removed and the user will be banned.
Unlike the old web2feel , the posts will not be screened by me before submission. But I will delete any theme with crappy quality which is made only to bear some sponsor links, any ripoffs, and any submission with incomplete details.
