That is one of the better WP themes that I have seen to be honest, and its free! I will the
layout, it is well balanced and clean, and I am sure with a widgetized side bar it will be
easy to use.

I am writing my own blog post this week about to show people how to use Wordpress and
install plugs and do SEO on it etc...and I think this will be a good example to use.

I will have to see what the full posts look like but I do like the screen shots anyway.
